Brand new house, they've done the plumbing for Fischer. Guy on their repair line tells me they've put in a sub-standard bib that's already busted, tries to charge me hundreds of dollars to fix it. Did the same thing to my neighbors. Get bent.

IPG hires these guys to replace a clogged toilet which damages was done by previous tenant. Once he entered the home, I asked if he could just snake the toilet. He politely informed me that IPG wanted a NEW toilet d/t previous tenants putting some chemicals in the toilet. After he removed the old toilet, he informed me that there was tampons applicators at the bottom of the toilet. He was notified that this wasn’t done by us. However, in his report to IPG he states that the same applicators that were at the bottom of the old toilet were the same tampons that was sitting on the shelf. With his statement, I am charged the total fee all because he wants to be judge instead of a plumber! I wouldn’t recommend this company at all... He may have been the one that placed those applicators in the toilet... GO ELSEWHERE IF YOU ARE NEEDING SERVICE!

Horrible place to work. But its great if you want to get thrown under the bus for something thats not your fault and blamed for someone elses mistakes for being to slow.
