Grateful Plumber

We have used Grateful Plumber in our home and our company has referred them to our customers. Very reliable, trustworthy company!!

Pros: Prompt communicator Quick to schedule you in Cons: High price ($563 to replace a sump pump) No boot covers (it was raining that day and water also got on their boots from the basement that was then tracked through the house) My sump pump went out on NYE (a great day for that to happen)! Grateful Plumbers was one of the suggested plumbers for Thumbtack. Adam answered the phone on New Year's Day and I was able to get scheduled in for the very next day. He was a couple of hours late, but had called me to let me know. The quote was pretty high (around $563), considering that I went to Menard's and was able to buy a sump pump for $150. I knew this ahead of time, but there was a $49 call fee for him to come out to the house, which would have been deducted from my total bill had he replaced the pump.

Great work! You saved me $700 over one of the big companies.
