I bought a gene door opener from them and the install when it was installed the installer said that all the stuff I paid for in the kit wasn't included and they told me to contact the store where i got it from I have call 6 times in two weeks and was told several time that they had to loom into it or the person that does that department was busy I am still trying to get it taken care of

They refused to I stall their own brand of garage door opener with no explanation. The box even listed the trademarked home depot brand for installation.
