Walked in to a flooded basement yesterday and called several plumbers. The only one I could get a hold of was a week out. Nick called me back promptly and they came out the next morning to assess. They made two trips to get the replacement well tank and water heater and installed both very quickly and well. Thanks for a great job and if you ever need a quick turnaround and great service give Nick a call!
Arrogant- I called for service on my septic pump. I told him I thought it was the float switches and I had a couple extra from the last time I had them replaced. Nick proceeded to lecture me on why he should provide the switches. The reason I had them was because I had to wait so long for them the last time. Poor Communication- We scheduled a day and I told him I would have to take off work to meet them. Nick told me he would call when they were on the way. At 3:15 I called to verify if they were still coming and was told no it would be the next day. I explained I couldn't take off another day so they begrudgingly came. Overpriced- It took 1 man 1 hour to complete and they charged me $520 for labor only. That said, they did get the job done.
We found ourselves without water on Sunday morning on a holiday weekend and Nick Phillips promptly answered my call, came out within a few hours ( he was on another call) addressed the problem and fixed it. He was up front about cost of our service call and repair cost. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Would recommend Nick Phillips anytime. Thanks for the prompt service! Karen cumings
Great company!! Called in the morning, they showed up in early afternoon and put a water heater in and did the plumbing that goes with this project!! The conversation was cordial and short.
