Jamie is one of the best Salespeople I’ve ran into. His knowledge and professionalism was present through the entire process. Rarely do you find someone that does his job so well but still took constructive feedback. Good job Jamie!
Out tech arrived right on schedule. He even called to let us know he was on his way. Very pleasant and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Now waiting on the fan motor to finish the repair.
We have used freedom heating and plumbing exclusively for the past few years. They are always prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. They always do great work and I know that we can’t always count on them for our heating and plumbing needs
Nick came my a/c wasn't keeping up he listened to me explain what was going on and the he went to work within 10 minutes it was diagnosed and fixed I would recommend to everyone when I called I wasn't expecting same day service but to my surprise they came right out thank you so much for your great service
I don't recommend this company. A couple weeks ago I called about my furnace and ac unit not working, 2 technicians came out and changed the blower capacitor on the furnace. Charged $330. The furnace kicked back on temporarily but ac unit was still not blowing cool air. Called again and a different technician came out and said that there was a freon leak coming from the ac unit and offered to refill freon for a couple hundred dollars but wouldn't that be a waste of money because it would just leak out again right? He also recommended that I get an estimate for an entire new ac unit but NEVER offered to find the freon leak. Never checked the shrader or king valves on the ac unit which is usually where freon leaks come from according to what I researched. Calling a different company because the furnace stopped working already and ac unit isn't blowing any air at all now. I wasted $330 on this company for a few day fix on the furnace.
