Called and a man answered like he wasn't expecting to pick up a phone. He tells me they "sometimes" do free estimates when I ask. I explain what I need and he procedes to tell me he probably wouldn't be interested because he's so busy! Most likely not interested because of the size and complexity of the job. It is okay to tell me you're not equipped for that, guy!
