Ciriello Plumbing did a great job locating a leak in a pipe that was buried in a slab. Clayton opened a wall, dug out the concrete, repaired the pipe, and was pouring new concrete by 1PM. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommend this company!
Spoke to Rich originally and he was really nice and helpful. Blake came out promptly and fixed my issue quickly. All of our interactions with this company have been great and we’d highly recommend them. Will call them out for future plumbing needs!
Jake did a great job with our repair. Punctual and friendly. He went above and beyond and I will definitely use this company for any future plumbing issues. I was able to see a photo of my repairman before he arrived which gave me a more comfortable, safer feeling than I normally have letting repairmen in my home.
Customer for life! Ciriello consistently under promises and over delivers. The was the 3rd time I’ve used them. First time was a Friday morning after Thanksgiving. A shower wouldn’t turn off. They were here within an hour. This time was the $258 water bill. My house is on a slab and I had no evidence of a leak - except the bill. They came in and confirmed that it wasn’t anything easy :-). They did have to schedule work for the next week to insure they had all the equipment necessary. They found the leak, fixed it, cleaned everything up and made it better than before. They found a creative solution that didn’t require breaking into the slab and it was almost half of the price they originally estimated!
My experience with Cerullo started with Rich coming to the house and giving me an estimate. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient with explaining each procedure. With in his quote he gave me three options of what could be done and left it to me to decide. After I decided and called the office they booked me an appointment to get the work started. Jeff was the technician who did the work and he was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I am very pleased with the results and I feel the price was fair.
