Jake's Heating Air & Plumbing

Plumbers were great especially DON and DONNIE. But really all were on the same level. Only complaint was not getting any communication from office staff. If it wasn't for plumbers I wouldn't know what was going on when. Great work guys!

Prompt, efficient, and hard working. I appreciate their efforts to get my new central air up and going in the midst of hot summer days. Only one tiny thing that didn't set well with me...It was hot and we had windows open to try to survive. One of the workers was smoking right outside the open window (more than one time). We had to close the window to avoid the smoke coming into the house. If you need to smoke do it somewhere other than near an open window.

Was overjoyed when Jake's was able to get water heater installed the same day it went out. Loved the way the phone was answered. This is Toni- "how can I make you smile today?" It did make me smile under the circumstances of no hot water and a garage floor covered in water. Chris was very informative and through on what to do if problems arise. A happy customer that now has hot water. ???? Thank you.

The technician was very helpful . I feel he explained everything so that we could understand step by step as to what was going on..gave ideas as to what else could be done to eliminate issues later and helped with our new thermostat. Everytime a technician has came out they have gone above and beyond. Thank you!

Anytime Jake's comes to do work, be it plumbing, heating or air, we are never disappointed. The employees are helpful, honest and personable. We trust the advice we are given and we also trust them in our home and around our family. Today's service call with Josh was no exception! plus, the price we were quoted was much better than what we feared it could be, so they are seem very fair when it comes to cost as well! Couldn't be happier that we stumble upon this company via a home warranty covered provider.
