Had a good experience before, but tried again and they cancelled on me day of with no option to reschedule until at least a week later. This was all more than a year ago, but just ran across my review to edit it. Went with a competitor (won't name, that's a bridge too far) who fit me in that day. Won't ever go back to Roto-Rooter.
We had issues with our tub and washer backing up/not draining. Jeff with Roto-Rooter came out and got our drains working with no issues. He also got some roots out of the line as well. Very professional and friendly.
Vanal was polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained our options before starting the work and ensured that he cleared our issue completely.
