Phenomenal customer service. Not to mention the expert plumbing. I used Paul Henderson Plumbing to replace a leaking water heater in my gym. Not only did Sharla and Shawn call the maker of the unit to see about the warranty, but Sharla also researched sediment filters to extend the life of my new water heater. We also use them for our home and they have a customer for life! Thanks!

Had a very positive experience when we used them to replace our water heater under warranty and install a new water softener. They were extremely prompt and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again!

I purchased an $1845.00 Bradford White water heater in August of 2013. I bought an addition 4 years of warranty. The standard warranty was 6 years. 5 1/2 years after purchase it began leaking on the basement floor . I called them and they replaced the water heater. The technicians were good . They took 2 hours. It was under the original warranty. They sent me an invoice for $0.00 dollars then they sent me an invoice for $575.00 for 2 hours work. I knew there would be a labor charge but that was exorbitant for replacing the water heater but I was ok if the warranty for the new water heater was extended. I called them and they said that is the way it is and the warranty reverts back to the original warranty. So I paid $2400.00 for a water heater that lasted 5 1/2 years! I called Bradford and White they told me the opposite of what Henderson said. It has a new 6 year warranty. I have used Henderson several times but their fees are way high. I shouldn’t have to pay twice in 5 years to have water heater put in. I checked with other plumbers and Henderson’s price was way high. I will never use them again. There are a lot of good plumbing companies out there. I was very disappointed with the company but the technicians were skilled and respectful.

Sump bike broke at the check valve. Called them on a Sunday and they were the ONLY company to call me back in less than 20 minutes and some didn't even call me back. He was able to come out in less than 20 which is better than being put on a list for an undetermined time which is what some other companies were going to do. Bob came out and assessed, fixed, and gave peace of mind in about 45 minutes. We had a fairly easy fix, but he was knowledgeable and didn't take forever to diagnose the problem or get to work. We will be using them in the future for all plumbing issues. Couldn't be happier.

We had an emergency pipe replacement at our home recently. The guy came was decent and behaved. However during replacement of pipe, he had to be told of what to do as he seemed to know the basic job, but did not consider the side impacts. I had to ask him to redo the job during the visit. Also the gallon of liquid they use for plumbing pipe attachment fell into the sump pump area which created lot of dirt in the tank. He was not prepared to clean. After a short while, the sump pump itself died and I had to got it replaced by a different guy. I was not happy overall.
