Jake Duke and Jason Pruitt are fabulous. They were so friendly and professional. Replaced the furnace and added central air. They were very patient answering all my questions and giving me a good understanding of how everything worked. I was amazed at how careful they were to keep everything clean as they worked. Highly recommend Gibson's and definitely this team of guys to do the work. Thanks so much!

The customer service agents were friendly and helpful, and my service technician Josh was very knowledgeable. He repaired my sump pump drainage and made it look as tidy as possible. I appreciated the calls from dispatch letting me know the technician was on his way, and I loved that everything ran ahead of schedule. I originally picked Gibson’s because the reviews were so good, and I was not disappointed. I definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Just had a wonderful experience using Gibson's. I spoke with Lisa on the phone who made things very easy to set up an appointment and let me know a little about the process. The next morning Tom came out and provided awesome service. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Explained everything to me step by step and was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and solution. Couldn't be happier with my decision to call Gibson's!

Bob and Jared were great. They were very professional. Cleaned up before they left. Bob explained all the options and never pressured me for expensive or unnecessary repairs. The person in the office that answered my call was wonderful. She calmed me down and got the guys dispatched immediately. Overall it was a very professional experience.
