Masters Heating & Cooling

Called around 6pm because our central air stopped blowing cooled air. On call tech was nice enough to give us a broad price quote, and advice on things we could safely check ourselves to see if they were the issue. We decided to wait until the next day instead of paying for an after-hours call and they came first thing in the morning. The tech, Michael, had been to our place before to do a check on our furnace. Both times he has been kind enough to give us advice on the best ways to keep our furnace and AC going, and even some tips on basic home repairs as we are new homeowners. Very great customer service, and the price of calls/repairs are fair. Will definitely recommend.

Mike, as usual, did a wonderful "mop up" job. I just don't understand how something like this was missed when the other technician came out last Thursday to do my maintenance service call and told me that everything was in good working order. I am paying for that maintenance service and shouldn't have to have someone come back out 4 days later to fix the problem even though I was not charged for Mike's visit. It is just frustrating but I am pleased that Mike got everything working properly again.

Great, friendly service. Explained what was wrong with the unit and was able to adjust a setting to solve the issue. Would highly recommend.
