Called QPH with a plumbing emergency, fearing that like the other calls before to different companies no one would pick up. I was so relieved to hear Mike pick up. One of the nicer guys I have ever met and very knowledgeable. He was more than willing to come help on a Sunday afternoon in the middle of watching the game! In person he was extremely helpful and someone you could talk to for hours. He was able to to the job quickly and very well. I most certainly plan to use them going forward.

Man, these guys are AWESOME!! Mike, Cory and Nate all showed up on time, worked in our 100* attic without complaining and cleaned up every single day they were here! Sam Verbosky was super attentive and very on-top of all of our concerns! Guys, I’m tellin’ ya...We’ve used and had several consultations with numerous Kokomo heating and cooling company’s and we were either given the run-around or they would give us an OUTRAGEOUS estimate for the jobs we needed. So for us, and our suggestion for y’all, 100% every time, call QPH!!

I would give 10 stars if I could. All my concerns and fears with the unknown water leak under my home were put to rest as soon I walked in the door at Quality Plumbing and Heating! The office staff was kind and patient with me and scheduled my quote with out delay. Sam came to my home and he was knowledgeable and responsive with giving me a quote. Travis and Tyler were the techs that completed the repairs. Both techs were very professional and did exceptional work. I will recommend Quality Plumbing and Heating to all my friends and family.

My mom's AC condenser and AHU were old and failing. QPH did an excellent job explaining our options and performing the work. They thoroughly explained the new condenser and fan coil system and laid out good/better/best options, including how they chose the most efficient sizing. They removed my old condenser and AHU, and it was a tight space in the attic. They installed a line for condensation that you don't even know is there. I also liked that they took pictures in the attic to show the work needed. They cleaned up the area nicely (they put tarps down to cover the carpet and cleaned up the garage when they left) and were very professional from consultation through installation. I highly recommend QPH. I also recommend their bi-annual service package.
