Munson’s Water Works of Madison County

Water Works replaced our 19 year old water heater and installed a new shower head with a hand held shower attachment in our guest bathroom. They arrived on time and completed everything in two hours. We had hot water within one hour and my new shower head is wonderful!! I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing problem. We will definitely be using them again. They are 5++ stars for sure!!

I brought my husband home from the hospital on a Sunday. Two hours later we had a massive water leak in the crawl space. Phil Munson ask me to shut the pump breaker off and call him at 6:30 Monday am. He answered the phone at 6:30 am and had help here at 7:30. Very professional service. They rearranged their schedule to accomodate my emergency. Not only was my husband's hygiene a priority, but due to our heatwave, the horse tank water was getting low. This kind of service is rare anymore. I do highly reccomend Munson's Water Works. Thank you gentlemen!
