I called Plumbing Doctors due to reviews and website and the next day, Dan came to look at my bathtub/shower leak/handle issue. Wasn't a cheap fix. I had multiple people look at it and fail in attempting to repair it. Dan knew the cause immediately and installed new piping and new Delta parts the SAME day he estimated the work. The price was very reasonable. There was no haggling, no games. He worked quickly and quietly; very professional, very polite and experienced. I am extremely pleased and will recommend to all friends & co-workers on my large campus. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Kim

We’ve used Plumbing Doctors for years now. They get the job done the FIRST time, don’t leave messes, & work with your schedule. High suggested. We’ve also used Storm Heating & Air for large projects. Recommend them as well!

I had a water line leak outside a rental I own. I personally found the leak and dug the trench. The plumber came and worked for a hour and completed the job. Upon completion I asked for an itemized bill explaining the charges. How much did the materials cost. How much do they charge an hour. The plumber refused to supply me with specific numbers. He also bribed with me a $20 discount if I gave him a favorable review on google. I called the Plumbing Doctors Office and spoke with the supervisor. I asked for an itemized bill. He again refused. I simply would like to know how they charged me $494 for an one hours work plus materials. He continually refused and said they just charge a flat rate. In my opinion that’s makes it incredibly easy to over charge, which I think happened it this case. I highly recommend that you Do Not do business with The Plumbing Doctors.

I called Plumbing Doctors / Storm because of all of their positive reviews. They were fast, friendly and their prices were very reasonable. They arrived on time, diagnosed our problem quickly and made the necessary repairs to stabilize our situation. Thanks again! *Edit* After having them fix our plumbing emergency we called them out to fix our furnace as well. Ernie was on time, polite and friendly. He took the time to explain in detail what was wrong with our furnace and what needed to be done to fix it correctly. The repair was made quickly and we were back up and running!
