I had a plumbing emergency! I called AAA Plumbing Doctor. The owner was very prompt. He fixed my problem, and then double checked and waited to make certain the problem was fixed. Early 2012 our hot water heater began leaking. Knowing it was still under warranty we contacted the manufacturer who said that we would need to replace it. They had no intention of making this an easy project for us. We called AAA Plumbing Doctor. John came out and looked at the heater to confirm that it was indeed leaking, and that replacement was the option. He then contacted a local supply house, the manufacturer and the warranty company. He also went to the supply house to pick up the new water heater, removed the old one, installed the new one and took the old one to the dumpster for us. All of this was done for a standard service charge - no extra. We now have a fully functioning water heater and are happy to recommend AAA Plumbing Doctor for emergency services.
