Luke Lewellen, the Service Technician, from Mr. Rooter Plumbing, was early both times and he provided exceptional service in a friendly manner. He explained exactly what was required to resolve the problems and made extra trips to acquire parts when necessary. We were very impressed with Luke and will definitely request him for future jobs.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Aaron was very knowledgeable and explained the work he performed and what went bad with the old water heater. The water heater was under warranty and the Company was very easy to work with throughout the replacement process.

Very friendly guy, he took the time to explain every step of the way.......... why only two stars? I truly believe he was over charging us. He quoted us 5k for the job, got two other companies after that and we were quoted $2500. That is a HUGE difference in price. The other two companies had the same great service and explained the exact same process that Mr. Rooter did. Glad we looked elsewhere!

Aaron was very helpful on making recommendations and quickly address my needs. What is important for me as well is due to availability Aaron and Randy were able to installed the new 75 gallon water heater that same day and ensure everything was working right. So far we don’t run out of hot water anymore and I didn’t had to upgrade electrical or run additional lines.
