I called Summers because of a problem with the AC and Tony was at my house within 2 hours and had the Air back on in a flash. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Tony at Summers.
Matt did a great job. Very friendly and easy to work with. Knew his stuff very well and was able to help us through any questions.
If I could give less than one star, I would. We asked for a quote to replace/repair ductwork due to leaks. The rep, Tony, showed up and never looked in crawlspace, never looked at cold air return in attic, never looked at furnace or central air unit. He did however, spend 15 minutes in our kitchen talking to a buddy, at ANOTHER company, about what they could do, and catching up on old times and friends. By the way, he did tell us about the other company he recommended. He told us not to let them do any other work, because they have been in trouble for fraud! It's a good thing this quote was free, because these folks will never set foot in house again.
