I have had a DuPage water softener/carbon system that is over 10 years old and has performed flawlessly. The DuPage systems are simple for us users and built from durable, high-quality materials. Their brass and mechanical controls require virtually no maintenance and will outperform and outlast any of the plastic and circuit board controlled systems. They are professionals that are service oriented people. I'm a Bartlett resident. The city is converting from Bartlett sources to Chicago water (2019). I asked them to provide advice on what we would need as a result of this change. They spent a good deal of time explaining system functions and their science to me and provided advice on what I should do. They offered valuable explanations and honest answers, not just trying to upsell something new. They directed their advice based upon my specific situation, not just in effort to make a big sale.
