I hired this company at the end of the summer to clean my septic tank since the home was purchased this year to start fresh. The man who pumped it told me for the size of my family I shouldn’t pump it unlit about two years from now. Well my bathroom, washer and sink started backing up so I called them to come pump put some water figured since the ground was wet and full of snow that might be the issue. Well the office treated my husband horribly. He called in for a quote and they told him $175 because they were in the area at the time. He said he was at work and would call back he called back after hours and was given an emergency price of $300s or to wait for the following morning and they’d come between 7am-9am. And in the morning Alexis from the office would call to let him know if it would be $175 or $195. The $175 we later found out is a discount if the driver is in your area funny thing is I am in Carol Stream and they are in west Chicago neighbor towns so I don’t know what’s in the area for them. We needed it done so my husband agreed to the $195 the morning of our appointment. Well they never showed up and my husband lost three hours of work. I then called and spoke to Nicole from the office who said the OWNER had requested our appointment to wait and told the driver to go do three houses in Chicago first and that they didn’t know when I could get serviced but when they did I was told by the driver I needed to be home so am I not supposed to show up to work because they don’t have organization. I was furious asked them to come after 3 and charge me the discounted price of $175. Nicole said no, the Owner has the privilege to cancel my appointment and if I don’t like it they don’t need my business because they have plenty. She ended up going back and forth with me and hung up on me. I think I deserve an apology for such treatment.
