Amazing TEAM Work and a true show of integrity. After a terrible experience with another company while renovating our 60+ year old family property Robert and his team; Mike, Chris and Adam came out SAME DAY and showed our property the love we have and shared in our home for generations. They are truly knowable and work diligently to problem solve while repairing and correcting electrical and plumbing issues. Affordable rates, you get so much bang for your buck-thank you OSP!
Robert was very helpful. he looked at it on Thursday and came back today (friday) and fixed our condensate line that was leaking. He was not overselling anything like other companies do. He fixed what needed to be fixing it a good time. Very informative and nice. 25
The team were so attentive, patient, knowledgeable and kind. They were very thorough with their assessment of the problem and had fair and competitive pricing. The gentleman checked and showed up early for his appointment and was finished within 30 minutes! Chris was so helpful and very professional! Highly recommend.
Very disappointed that OneStop Pro did not work out for us. Dan did a few jobs for us and did a good job but we recently have had a really hard time getting a hold of anyone. We called and left messages with two different people that answered the phone and they assured us they would call back and never did. We left voicemails and never heard back. We finally got Jesse to come out and work on our furnace and he told us we would need a new water heater and that we would get an estimate emailed to us. We never received the estimate or the receipt for his service. We called and never heard back. Not sure what happened but we are disappointed in their recent customer service. They do good work but did not provide us with good customer service.
