Watched them come out and help a neighbor fix a flooding basement issue. Clearly their employees are not well informed about city code... they diverted the sump pump to the street, which is against code, instead of the city drains in the back yards. Also part of the issue with the flooding is the standing water caused by downspouts not installed properly. Doesn't look like they even bothered to take a look at it or attempt to fix that issue. Maybe it was a newer employee, if so, they need to make sure they're better trained!

I have to say I am very impressed with Basement Flood Protector! I called mid-day and they were still able to accommodate me later in the same day with no "emergency call" fee but just the normal service charge for coming out to look at my sump pump issue. Steve came out and was very professional, clean, respectful of my property, and very honest and transparent about my issue and options for resolution. They didn't come out trying to sell me on a new primary or battery backup pump unless they felt it was absolutely necessary. I would definitely use Basement Flood Protector for all my future sump pump needs.

Roger was the tech that came out to service our sump pump which we suspected was not operational. He was on-time, very professional and polite, and quickly assessed and remedied the situation. We were also impressed by the quick response time we received. My husband had placed an initial call on Tuesday evening and at 8:00 a.m. Wednesday morning we were contacted; a service call was set up for approximately 10-11 a.m. the same morning. Highly recommend this company.

Minutes before walking out the door for a one-week vacation, we discovered that our sump pump had tripped the breaker and had failed. UGH! We had heard Jeff from his radio spots, so we gave them a call. WOW! They were at the house within 2 hours and replaced our sump pump in 30 minutes. The tech was fantastic, courteous and did an amazing job. Our new sump pump was in incredible. So solid, quiet and powerful. Compared to our previous sump pump, it's like we upgraded from a clunker to a Royals Royce. I will never call another sump pump company ever! Thank you, Jeff!
