I called for a problem with main drain of my home. I was pleasantly greeted over the phone, and the receptionist was fantastic with scheduling. The plumber “John” was prompt and exactly on time for my scheduled appointment. John was very professional, and did a complete inspection in my basement. He discovered that my entire main drain was completely full and the reason was a sheered pipe outside along the foundation. He was very upfront, and I could tell by his experience he knew exactly what was wrong, even knowing this he took a camera meant for drains and went from a pipe that was outside back to the house. I stood and watched in amazement when the camera head went from pipe to a solid dirt wall. He gave me a quote to dig down to the broken pipe and replace it through the foundation. I felt the price was fair, but did obtain a second opinion from another plumbing contractor whom I will not mention in this review. I called back and the next day John came out with a crew of plumbers, they laid clean cloth tarps down through the house into the basement, and a heavy duty one in the location of excavation to prevent dirt from getting into my landscape rocks. All the men were very kind and professional. John did the interior work and it looks absolutely amazing. As he was cleaning up he mentioned that the floor seemed very moist. We walked over and checked the sump pump which was literally an inch from overflowing and flooding. He gave it a good shake and it started and began to run. We allowed it to pump down as he finished cleaning up, I decided that the pump needed to be replaced. John walked over and gave a discounted quote as he was already set up, he replaced my original 12 year old pump with a high quality Zoeller. I requested a couple of additional quotes for other items I would like in the future and John helped me and even wrote the quotes out for me to have. After a long day the men cleaned everything up perfectly with a small mound that I was told would settle back over time. I was beyond pleased and have and will recommend them to anyone looking for a truly reputable, reliable, and honest plumber. A new life long customer. William

Scheduled an appointment, but no one showed up. Called the office and left voicemails, but still no response. It wasn’t until the next morning I was told they were short-staffed.

Honest, dependable, knowledgeable, the plumber arrived prepared and willing to find a solution to the problem. The process was fast & he explained what he was doing & why he was doing it. This is the only plumbing company I will ever call.

Recently ran into some plumbing issues when my son flushed some bath toys down the toilet. Called Reliable Plumbing, John came out and got the toys out of the toilets drain line. I would recommend them to a friend or anyone in need of a great plumber. Thanks again for being a lifesaver!!

I'm glad I called them again. I haven't heard my sump pump go off in awhile and thought I should have it checked. Sure enough it was out and about 1 inch from from flooding. Thank you John for coming out and helping me again!
