I appreciate the phone call from Mike in return our message to his answering service which was prompt. Very professional on the phone. Another plumber delayed by a few hours and couldn’t call us for a legitimate reason so we did not get to meet Mike for our plumbing leak. He’s first on our list if we ever need a plumber, as even as we cancelled the appointment, he answered the phone and was appreciative of our call.
We had a leak from the water heater and called Mike, he came out and fixed the leak and replaced a couple parts rather then trying to sale us a new water heater. His price was more than fair. Good guy good service we highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
Dont waste your time calling this guy. he has some answering service calls you back eventually says he is real busy and will call you later in the week to tell you when he is going to show up wont schedule you a time. That was 3 weeks ago havent heard from him. Dont waste your time with this person. What a Joke
