Lee was incredibly helpful. He was patient and willing to make the correct diagnosis. You can tell he has a lot of experience from the way he thinks through the situation thoughtfully and genuinely cares about helping people.
I cannot say enough. 1100 pm on a Friday night found water leaking into my basement, guys were here by 1130. We have the Service Provider Plan with them and there is no emergency call out charge which basically paid for itself just tonight alone. The guys they sent out were very good people, taking care to not wake up our two kids. And especially considering it was the middle of the night they had great attitudes and provided great service. High quality work, great pricing, and great service. Edgar, Lee and the guy helping Edgar whose name I missed, you guys are the best!
Tech was very detailed and knew how to fix the problem. Would recommend them anywhere, called and came out within 2 hours. 5 stars all around. Thank you again
These guys were the best. Carlos was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t waste anytime getting to work. I would recommend Aqua Plumbing Heating and Cooling to any and everyone.
Quick and responsive; however, price is very unreasonable. I manage properties and I worked w many plumbers...the average to unclog a kitchen sink is $180-250. Aqua Plumbing charged me $430. I also feel that it’s a business scheme to say that you don’t charge service call if you go w them...but charge 2x the price of other plumbers for the same service. If you don’t go w them then you have to pay $65. Either way, they will make money regardless. I give them credit for being quick. I HAD to go with them because all the plumbers I am familiar with are booked solid and I wanted to make my tenant happy. Moving forward, I will never use their service again. If money isn’t an issue for you...then yes, this might not be a bad choice....but seriously, $430 to unclog a kitchen sink is in my opinion ridiculous.
