I called Intercounty because I was having sump pump backup issues. They answered the phone right away and were at my house within twenty minutes. The plumber seemed very knowledgeable and confirmed my previous suspicion that the sump pump had gone bad. Since I had done this before, I didn't have Intercounty complete the work. They were nice enough not to charge me anything for the home visit which I was surprised at. I will definitely be going to them for any future plumbing needs.

We have been using this company for years. Silvio is always dependable and does a great job. Last time he came out he stayed until 8:00 pm to fix the issue, knowing we had a company party the next day. We would highly recommend them.

One of the best experience with my plumbing issues. My sewer pipes clogged and collapsed in the same time. Called my friends and one of them recommend Silviu from Intercounty Plumbing. Called him right away explaining him my plumbing issues. He accommodate me right away and after 2 days of work they fixed my pipes and assured me of the quality of the job. Pricing wise, he was affordable and right on the quote, but advising me that might be surprises that he cannot anticipate, but it made sense to me. I will strongly recommend Intercounty Plumbing to anyone in needs of a good plumber.

He was so great! He was able to come out the same day, no problem. He was on-time and didn't have an arrival window (e.g., between 2 and 4pm) like most places do. I had a leak that was causing water to go into the unit below me. He came, helped me remove the belongings from under my sink so he could access the pipes, checked all the fixtures, determined that all water fixtures were secure and not leaking, and concluded that it was a crack in my tile and some bad sealing. He was there for about 15 minutes, was polite and offered to help put everything back where it was and didn't charge an appraisal fee!! I was absolutely amazed. He said, "I didn't fix anything, so I don't charge anything!" GREAT SERVICE!
