Flatley's Plumbing Express

This was an awful experience. Everyone should avoid at all cost. We needed our tub drain moved to line up with our new tub. David came out quickly and did just that, however our tub was off level by half an inch after his work. We contacted their office who then had him come out, but his response was that we never told him we wanted our tub leveled and that he would then charge us more to fix it. I understand paying more money for more work but not only was it not brought to our attention at the time but he didn't even check the tub to make sure it was level after installing the drain. I am not a plumber, but I feel that it is important to know where water is going to flow and if it's going to pool in a certain area. Add this to his poor and defensive attitude just made for an awful experience and I will never contact this company again.
