I made an appointment for a tech to come out to give me an estimate and to meet me a little after 1 pm on a weekday, so I can run home from work for lunch to meet them. I sat at home until 1:25 pm and they were a no show. So I decided to call to find out if they were almost on their way and then the office person said, "no he wont be there until later...about an hour or so because he has a bunch of other things to do". Unbelievable! Also, I had called the office that morning to ask for confirmation of the appointment and they said yes all is still on. So now after reading a bunch of negative comments it leads me to believe this is a sloppy company, just winging it. lol. I cancelled the appointment permanently. I don't think this is a company I would want to hire for a job at all. SMH!

Grossly overcharged for rodding of a bathroom vanity sink & replacement of kitchen gasket. Crew didn't listen to complaints that the kitchen sink was leaking from strainer/gasket area. Crew dismanteled all piping under sink & rodded pipes under sink for over 30 minutes. There was never a blockage in kitchen pipes & no water was produced from the rodding. Crew purchased 1 gasket but had a bill of over $200.00 for parts they alleged were purchased for the job. This was an outright rip off. Crew grossly overcharged us as if we didn't see the deceitful manner in which the plumbing issue was repaired.

The big problem is the office staff & scheduling. I had 3 dates i was told they would begin the work and they never showed. This is very frustrasting when your losing money staying home from work to be there for the installation.It was over a month before they showed up to do the work. I would have terminated the contract however I paid them in full and figured getting my money back would be difficult. The work preformed by the crew was good and no problems with them.

Now my one and only plumbing service. They were friendly, professional, prompt, and affordable. ????

I set up an appointment a week ago for Saturday morning because their hours through the week are during my work hours. Saturday came and they never showed. I called twice to see if they were going to show and they gave excuses on why they were running late. Never did show. Wasted a Saturday waiting on these people. Very horrible service.
