Ted came out first to discuss the installation service for my new air conditioner unit. He was very professional and explained the work to be done in great detail. I was very happy with him and the pricing for the work was excellent! The work was able to get done the next day. William (Will) came to do the installation service and was fantastic and knowledgeable. He also explained things in great detail. He was organized and very professional. I was very happy with my latest service appointment. Terry was fantastic and explained everything he was doing. He went over and above, to make sure I was satisfied. We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night, John responded and was at our house by 6:00 am. He was very professional, advised us of our choices, and we are very happy with the installation he did. A very nice man, cleaned up everything before he left, including taking out the old equipment. My AC went out on Friday during a heat wave. I went to Home Depot and they gave my info to ARS. Ted came in and helped me decide on which system was right for me.
