Doug's Drainage

I called Doug's drainage because my drainage system was totally blocked. Doug answered my call and said he could be at my house in about 30 minutes. He arrived on time and took a look at the problem. He said he could fix the problem. He quoted a price that I thought was fair. He and two of his men bought their equipment into my basement and within a hour had the drainage problem fixed. He diagnosed the reason for the problem and stated that, if we had any problems with clogging in the next 30 days, he would return and fix the problem. I have checked the drainage after on week and it is draining perfectly. Prompt, courteous, and informative. Thanks.
