Dre is one of the best technicians out there. Very friendly, fantastic at explaining how you’re home appliances work and tips/tricks. Knows our dogs by name which means he cares and listens to the customers. Grateful to have Dre servicing our house for two years!!

Had the A/C serviced. Dre came out earlier than the appointment because he was in the area. Worked out perfectly and even got a lesson on how my A/C operates. Been using this reliable company for a few years now and are always satisfied with the service.

Dre came out to clean and service my air conditioner . He was right on time . He checked my filter and put a reminder on my furnace when to change the air filters on their sticker. He was very knowledgeable and personable. Explained how the air conditioner worked and was careful cleaning it,since it was approx.16 yrs old . Dre answered all my questions well. Will definitely use him again. Thanks TopTec!

Adam was terrific! He was very friendly and courteous. He inspected all our components both inside and outside, explaining things as he went along. It was a quick fix to get our AC running again (whew!)and he also noticed a few of our ceiling fans going in the wrong direction and helped me switch them. Very happy with the service!

What can I say? 'Dre was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He didn't mind answering questions and in fact encouraged it as he had a wealth of information to share. He was polite and wore shoe protectors so as not to dirty my flooring. Service was great, highly recommended. Thanks Mr. Creole!
