I was very impressed with Bill's Plumbing. I called on a Sunday night, to hopefully leave a message for someone to contact me the next morning. To my surprise I spoke to a person, an answering service for emergencies! I told her it wasn't an emergency and she was happy to take a message. The next morning, I received a call and explained what plumbing issue I had and she said that they could have someone at my house that day! When the plumber arrived, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and nice! I am a business owner, so I understand how important "Customer Service" is and Bill's Plumbing knows too!

Unfortunately, after too many years of service they have not learn how to stand behind their work. By continue this kind of behavior they destroy costumer trust and Bills Plumbing reputation for few dollars! This will make it very hard to recommend Bills Plumbing service to anyone.

Great service. Tim came promptly and fixed the problem. He knows his stuff.

Highly recommend Bill's Plumbing & Sewer to others. They have fixed numerous problems at my house and are fair, reasonable and get the job done right the first time!
