Reggie did a wonderful job working on our outside water line. He explained what he was doing, was very thorough and now it’s will be so much easier to deal with shutting the line down for the winter. Excellent work, would highly recommend Glenbrook Plumbing .

I have had nothing but great experiences with Glenbrook plumbing. I’ve used them several times and each time they have done a fantastic job. They are quick to respond to my requests and their work has been excellent. The owner and his son run an excellent family business. I highly recommend using them.

We do not like their service. We were referred to GP by our Association. Over the first few years we called GP for their services and y'all suck to be frank. Our final straw was when we called to have our tub fixed because it was leaking. GP came and "fixed it" but the tub still leaked. We paid for that "service". We called GP about the issue again and was told "that's how it is". They sent someone over, again, and the tub still was not fixed. Overall GP charged us twice for not fixing our issue. We called to ask why we were charged twice for something that was not ever fixed and they responded with bcause they sent their employee over to our home. Again the tub was never fixed by them. And we paid twice.

I was referred here and called to have a pipe fixed. The woman who answered the phone could not have been more rude. She put me on hold for 10 minutes, said "maybe a plumber can come" and that she would call me back in the next 2 hours. She then hung up the phone on me! I'm taking my business elsewhere.

The owner has great customer service skills. He went out of his way to make my project feasible.
