Not sure what these other bogus reviews are speaking of but I called today and spoke with a very respectful and nice receptionist. Had Louis come out to fix a small issue and everything was perfect. Awesome family owned business!
Amazing customer service! My heat went out on an especially frigid Chicago night and they were so professional and had things back up and running in a matter of hours! Louis was incredibly friendly and was clearly very knowledgeable on the issue at hand. I will be recommending Comfort Air to all my friends!
Louis was very friendly and respectful when I called asking for help with my parents’ furnace. He sent one of his guys out to check it out promptly and the issue was quickly resolved. Very knowledgeable and friendly people to do business with!
