Loescher Heating & Air Conditioning

Matt has been my service technician since I started with Loescher Heating & Air Conditioning and let me tell you he is the best technician I have ever encountered in all these years. The man came out at midnight last winter during that deep freeze in Northern Illinois and rebuilt our furnace motor that went out and he made sure we had heat before he left. He is professional , courteous and goes the extra mile , which is a rare thing these days. I commend Loescher on having the insight and knowledge in hiring such an individual and can say that they are lucky to have him and so is this entire service region ! Thank you Loescher and Thank you Matt ! Keep up the good work it is greatly appreciated !

Our C.A. went out. I called them and even with being busy they were able to get a tech out within a hour of me calling. Unfortunately they didn't have the part on hand, but we're able to overnight it and our air was back up and running in under 24 hrs. I was very impressed with the the speed they were able get the problem solved. If you have Any HVAC issues, make Loescher your first call.

I was overcharged and I had three different techs tell me three different things. They also kept fixing the same part and charging me each time, when I should have just replaced my furnace in the first place and by the time they said I needed to replace it I was already a 1000 dollars in and they wanted to selle a very cheap unit. When I called and asked if I they could let remaining balance go as I described the situation they wouldn't work with me and now my 500 dollar bill in collections thank you loescher but I will never call you guys again or recommended you. I recommend B&D supply they are family owned and they do great work!

Speedy service! That was greatly appreciated! Technician knew exactly what the problem was with the AC. Would definitely recommend them!

OMG! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from these crooks! Not only will they rob you blind, but the other poster is correct when he said you basically have to help them troubleshoot the problem. Too bad I had to give them one star. In response to your reply: NO! We know you won't do anything about it but take more of our money. We are done with you.... And from what I have been hearing from others, they are done with you, as well.
