I called after another service technician noticed over flowing sump pump tanks and needed someone to come make sure I wasn’t going to flood out. The phone receptionist was super polite and got me a technician to the house within an hour!!! Chris showed up and was nothing g but professional and showed me the issue with my tank and immediately went to work fixing it. After he was done he showed me everything he had done and talked me through how to prevent it in the future. The level of knowledge, professionalism and personable attitude was refreshing. I would recommend Duane Blanton to anyone, they know how to treat people right!!!!!! Thanks Chris!!

I called Duane Blantons Plumbing at about 8:00 in the morning and had Robert at my home before 10:30 that same day. Robert was very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. Customer service is very hard to find now a days. From my first phone call to the office I was greeted in a very friendly manner to Robert Bailey showing up in a timely manner and very courteous. My drain was unblocked after numerous attempts and this again, was all done in a timely manner. Robert also noticed the my water heater was rusted and getting old and also sent over an estimate for a new one. Overall, my experience with this company has been OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues you have. The price was great and the service was even better.

I called Tuesday night because my two year old sump pump (watchdog) was driving me crazy with beeping errors. They were able to send someone out this Wednesday morning and I appreciated them calling ahead to tell me he was on his way. Robert arrived shortly after the call and put on boot covers before entering. I greeted him at the door with my 3 year old and I had a newborn in my arms. He was so patient with my daughter that kept asking him questions while we talked, interrupting over and over again to show him the toast she was eating. When he inspected the basement we not only talked about our failed sump pump but he also noticed our 20 year old water heater and mentioned things we could do about the sewage smell in our basement. He gave me best, better and good choices for our sump pump with and without a battery backup. He also gave me quotes for a water heater and new guts in a toilet. After giving me quotes he waited patiently outside while I called my husband to discuss the choices, he also answered all my husband’s questions. The toilet was expensive ($400) so we passed on that and went with the good sump pump and new larger water heater. My only complaint is that the sump pump and water heater both seemed over priced, you could get both cheaper at Home Depot but we decided to go with the quality equipment with warranties in labor and equipment. Both were installed by early afternoon and he walked me through maintenance on the water heater. Grateful not to have to hear the watchdog beep anymore but my wallet is hurting. Robert was very friendly and patient-excellent customer service.

Saul, Alex and Freddy did awesome work on our sewer issue. We were so worried to have a sewer repair adder having gotten new landscaping put in two weeks prior. They took great care of our yard and made sure to be careful to not kill any plants. So thankful for their good work! Mark was very informative and answered any questions we had. He explained everything to our satisfaction.

Dave came to our home and thoroughly explained everything. We were aware of most things but we let him tell us all of it. He did not rush through anything. He gained our trust and respect by the end of the visit and we will definitely use this business again. Thank you Blanton for not charging extra on a Sunday. Extremely pleased!!
