Had them fix a back flow problem 8 years ago. My town is notorious for having basements flood and drains to back up leaving many with sewage nightmares. After months of researching solutions I hired Jack to fix the problem. They came in and jack hammered my basement floor, disconnected my drains from the city sewer, installed new independent floor drains that lead to a new ejector pit. Now when it rains, I sleep like a baby with out worry about flooding. Can't recommend enough.
