RC Peterson Plumbing

Unfortunately my experience with Bob Peterson Plumbing was not good. I called him in to fix a toilet that was leaking into the ceiling below. He worked on it for two hours and charged me $279. I had to pay a drywall guy $300 to fix the ceiling that it leaked onto. However, two weeks later the same toilet leaked again and ruined the same ceiling. I asked Bob to come back to make it right. He came back but said that the job was much more complicated and that he didn't want to do it saying, "I have more important things to do." I told him that I would be writing an honest review of him to which he replied that he didn't care because he was retiring in 57 days. To his credit, he refunded me the $279 but he refused to pay for the drywall guy. Now I have to get the toilet fixed again and the drywall fixed again. My suggestion: use a different plumber.

I had a wonderful experience with this guy! My shower wouldn't drain, and my sink would cause the tub to back up with filthy water. He came over, had the problem fixed within 20 minutes, and didn't charge an arm and a leg for his services! I give a 10/10 would hire again!
