Perfect Air Heating & Cooling

If I could do 0 stars I would. I had a fire at my house that was actually caused by a part this company put on my air conditioner. After they came to get the air conditioner running again the worker wouldn't give my husband a bill nor did he have him sign that the work was done, which they had always done in the past. They called me about an hour later and I gave them my insurance information since the insurance was paying because of the fire. We had been with Perfect Air for many years and was on their VIP plan. 3 months later I got a call from a collection agency. On my home phone, my cell phone and my work phone. Instead of mailing the bill to us they were sending it through an email I hadn't used in over 2 years, so I never received a bill. This idiot company sent this to collection instead of mailing the bill or calling me when they didn't get a response from me. You would think they would have the decency to do that since I was considered a VIP customer and had been with them for so many years. Don't ever trust this company. They were billing $400 for their service and added another $200 for non payment. So the collection agency wants $600 for the work and my insurance will only pay $400. If they can give all my numbers to a collection agency they could have called me or mailed a bill to me. Such poor customer service. What company emails bills instead of mailing them to you. I will never trust this company ever again and neither should you. They should be contacting every person they put that part on their air conditioner since it can cause a fire, but I'm sure they are not. So DO NOT TRUST THEM! Their work causes fires.
