I called this company to get a service call for a water heater unit that was install 3 years ago in my rental property & had a recent inspection done by the city that needed to make sure unit was up to code , this guy started to yell , scream & was very unprofessional and was speaking to me an aggressive toned & very degrating for no apparent reason !!! Please people stay away from this company , horrible horrible customer service
