John Folan is a genius! We flooded 5 times in the 9 years we lived in our home. Two years ago we went to John through local recommendations. We have an older Sears and Robuck catelog home - we thought we would be stuck having a flooding basement forever! Hiring John was the best thing we have ever done. This past week, during the torrential rain storm we had NO WATER in our basement! NONE! We have always been the victims to several feet of sewer water, this past storm was intense..what a test! Not a drop! nothing! John did not charge us an arm and a leg, he was reasonable, professional - he was done in 3 days like he promised!
