I had 3inches of water in my basement they came out roded my sewer they were able to get the water /sewage to go down and cleaned up .Great job guys !!!! Also the price up front was very good.

B&B rooter express is aka The Sewer Experts. The owners name is James Ballard and Don Ballard Don Ballard is his brother, yet they're writing 5 star reviews her as if they were customers! Business owner of " The Sewer Experts aka 'B&B Rooter Express" Jame Ballard and brother Don Ballard. Took advantage of a recently widowed senior citizen. Price gouging her almost $3,000 more than average cost for the work done. Wrote up Trump charges of costs not done. Job was not completed right. Should have replaced all 15 feet of septic pipe and not just 5 ft 9 inches! Now work needs to be redone and whole system checked by a reputable company to see if it was even the problem. They violated 3 day right of recision by having her sign the contract , cashing her check that day at her bank so she couldn't stop payment and did the work in the morning less than a day from the contract after repeatedly been told not to do the work before her son came to speak with them and she had to leave for an appointment. They did the work after she left and before son arrived. They also violated the utilities act by digging before calling Julie and wait the 48 hours for utilities marked the lines. They were right next to power lines and an air conditioning unit. They were defensive, intimidating , and repeatedly called upsetting the senior mother after being told to only communicate via text with son. After days of trying to resolve peacefully and researching other businesses on appropriate costs and business practices by the son with the owner, the son ended conversation when owner said to quit harassing him or he was going after the senior for the thousand he claimed he waived. because my mother is a nice person. We let him know we would take further legal action ourselves wgiwh we have begun the process. After researching this business, it reflects online that his business license is involuntarily revoked as of July 13 2018, and has no septic or plumbing licensing that actively shows up for his business, him or his brother on the state of Illinois website for IDPH or IDPR . He also operates under at least one other business called B&B rooter express and plumbing. Other information on cases with James, Donald and the sewer experts, can be sesrceds online at case lookup at Will and Grundy country circuit clerks office. I hope this review help bring awareness so others engaging with The Sewer Experts can make an educated decision. Also beware of his advertising for 10% off for new customers , veterans and seniors. While many other businesses offer this , I feel that is a tactic being used by him to generate business from potentially are vulnerable and easily deceived . Please take caution when dealing with this company.

I came home from work one day to find my water heater flooded my basement apartment. A friend of mine told me to call BnB Rooter Express that they did work at her house and did a great job for a really good price. So I did. May I just start by saying they did such a great job. They got all the water out and put in a new water heater. I got to say my friend was right they have such good customer service and all for a good price.
