Never used their services and never will thanks to their service guy who almost just caused an accident because of his road rage. Then when I slow down to try and see the name on the side of the van he slows way down to try and make it so I cant see it. Nice people you're employing here.

Fast, friendly, and quality service. They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment. I've never had a serious drain problem before so I had a lot of questions. The service man they sent out fully explained everything to me and got my issue resolved. Frinks will be the first company I call if there's ever any kind of issue.

Avoid these guys like the plague! Told me nobody had to be home when they came out to clean my sewer cleanout, and quoted me a price. Ended up needing someone there to plug their machine in, and charged me for the time it took me to get home from work to give them an outlet. Not only did I have to take time off of work unexpectedly, I also had to pay them for poor planning on their part. The plumbers were inexperienced and got their auger stuck in the cleanout and they tried to charge me for that as well! The office staff was nice enough to not charge me for the time they stayed at my house attempting to remove a stuck auger, but I will never use them again! I've had that sewer cleanout augered once every other year since I moved in and never had a single problem until Frinks showed up. Avoid a nightmare, avoid Frinks!
