I called three other large plumbing companies in the Rockford area to deal with a plumbing issue; after multiple calls, the first never called me back, the second had a mailbox that was not set up so I couldn't leave a message, and the third had a mailbox that was full. So I said the heck with it, I'm calling one of the smaller companies. Atlas says right on their website that they are "the best little plumbing company in Northern Illinois." And you know what? They are! Atlas called me back within an hour of leaving a message, called again on the day of the appointment with the exact time of arrival, showed up at that exact time, fixed our trainwreck pipes, and even taught me a little about plumbing. And all for an incredibly reasonable price.
