Flatley's Plumbing Express

I’ve had to use Flatleys Plumbing Express several time this year . The first time was on the coldest day of the year when my basement flooded. Each time they were great.! They were so professional and efficient and I felt that I was in good hands at such a stressful time. From the customer service I received from their office to the way they explained everything they were doing. After the job Dave and Bill did an exceptional job of leaving everything cleaner than when they started and making sure that I was happy with the job. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

I had a sump pump over flow issue. Diego from Flatleys plumbing came out. He was respectful knowledgeable and timely. I cannot say enough. The rates are reasonable so I asked about installing a shower and water softener as well as my home is old. Very Happy

This is the second time I have used this company for plumbing work in my home. The first time they quoted me a price that was less than half the quote from another company. The prices are very reasonable. The person who answered the phone was as nice as can be. The plumber I spoke to on the phone was helpful and informative. And the plumber they sent out both times, a very professional man named Diego, was respectful, courteous, professional, and explained everything in detail in a way that I could easily understand. He was a very pleasant and experienced plumber, and I will be asking for him by name in the event I need more work done. I can’t recommend this company more highly. I wish I could give them 10 stars. This is a relatively small family owned company, and I trust them.

This company was Amazing, my dad has one issue right after another and they did what they had to do to correct the problem. They also put in a over head sewer so that we would not Flood any more. I love this place we highly recommend to anyone looking for great service and work done in there home. Dan , Ray, Jason,David are amazing at what they do And the Boss Pat thank you guys very much for your hard work these past few days.
