Thought it was roots and there was roots but still wasn't draining well. Had to bring the machine down in the basement and finished the job and didn't charge any extra. Would definitely recommend.

I see water overflowing from our floor drain pipe on a Sunday evening and i started having an anxiety attack. Came from a week conference and needed to rest but due to the urgency of the matter, I started calling plumbing places that had a good review. All of them could not give a price nor an estimate, except Josh of Drainserv. I have made an appt with another company and was told $49 service call on top of what they will find and that would be additional cost but will get credit for the $49 if i get it done the same day. Then I received a call back from Josh and confidently told me that he guarantee he can fix my problem for a fix amount. Was hesistant at first but thought given the good reviews he had on google, even for only 7 people, i took a chance. Out of those 7 people, 4 of them had more than 2 reviews and 2 are flagged as local guides (meaning confirmed reviews). Josh told me they are family own business and will be sending his brother Mike with another guy David. I am so thankful i made the appointment. I now find myself a reputable plumbing and drain services backed with honesty and integrity. . Not only they fixed our clogged drain pipe, they also fix our leaking toilet for the amount we agreed upon and a little extra. Im not complaining, the fact that he fix the leak for the toilet is more than enough for the additional amount he added on our bill. Definitely earned a repeat business from me if i ever need a plumber again.
