I called Best Comfort to have my furnace inspected ahead of the winter. Trey and his crew got tied up with an unexpectedly large job, so Trey got to my home later than anticipated. He was very apologetic about the situation. Trey got right to work and pronounced my furnace was in really good shape. I was grateful to have a technician who didn’t immediately try to sell me on any repairs or improvements. He did observe some issues relating to duct work and venting, some of which had also been observed by another company a few years ago when I had a new A/C unit installed. He was honest about the cost and actually advised against such a costly undertaking. Trey did make one much less costly suggestion regarding a relatively minor change to how the furnace was originally vented to add an extra level of security/safety as my furnace is located in my garage. But, again, he did not pressure me and offered me a reasonable quote for the work. I enjoyed Trey’s friendly demeanor and was completely sold on him as a person when he picked up, and carried around, my cat who was insisting on “helping” him. I would highly recommend this company, and Trey in particular, to anyone!

Best Comfort offered us same day service and was addressing our problem at our home within an hour of our call. Trey was professional and friendly and broke down the problem with our unit in terms I could actually understand. Dealing with the owner/operator of a smaller company who has so much invested in their business is the way to go in my opinion. They care more about getting the job done right because their personal reputation is on the line. The costs were explained to me item by item so I could see where my money was going and what it was being used for. Most important results from my service call? Unit fixed, reasonable cost, and owners willingness to communicate/return if I have any questions or problems in the future..Best Comfort was defiantly the best choice for us.

Great Company, I had there services out at my auto repair shop in Romeoville! This shop was cold, and it is hard to do any auto repairs in a cold shop! We turn out a lot of cars here and no heat was slowing us way down. They came out within about 90 minutes of the inital call, got right to the onging problem, gave us a permant solution. The service tech's were happy, and so am I. Back to timely brake jobs and oil changes! Drop them a call if you need to have your heating system they are straight shooters. VERY PLEASED
