Jeremy, was polite, professional and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything he was doing to try to get the unit to work. He worked his ........off, in the heat wave we recently had. He did everything to try to get our Air condition unit to work. Terry installed the Air and Heating Units, he was as great as Jeremy. He was professional, polite, and explained what he was doing. again he work his tail off in the heat as well. this was an all day project. I think you have 2 Top Notch guys working for your company.
I came home from work and my house was 83 degrees. I called at 7pm and John m. was out within an hour. John was very knowledgeable, professional, and had me up and running in about an hour and a half. They gave me an awesome deal. I wouldn’t use anyone else.
We had a recent visit from Jeremy A from King Heating to check that all was OK on our air conditioner for the summer. We were very impressed with his knowledge and he has a great personality. He talked to my husband about a surge protector which we did get. Since then we have had several storms where the electricity went on and off in quick succession. Corey was on time and he checked my AC unit thoroughly and quickly. He took the time to explain everything he did and why so when he left I had complete confidence in the work. I have also purchased a furnace unit from King which not only runs well but has saved me a lot in energy costs. King is the only company I have ever dealt with that made every appointment on time, done professional work, and provided me with complete information on every aspect of whatever work was being done.
