I own a 2-flat in Albany Park and Mark Wilson has been my "go-to" plumber for 15 years. And while I'd prefer to have no plumbing issues (wouldn't we all!?) stuff happens. Big or small (from drains and toilets to water heaters, catch basins and other/stranger plumbing problems), in my 100-plus-year-old building he always figures it out and fixes it. And, over the years, I've had some strange plumbing needs. He's also honest, fair and what I would call a "critical thinker." Beyond me, he's also stepped up for my sister's place in West Lakeview which is a more modern building but has still had its plumbing issues.
