Burris & Sons Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

8/8/19 - Professional, friendly, dependable, honest, and prompt. I called Burris & Sons expecting to wait a day or two for an appt. I spoke with Mr. Burris on the phone, explained the problem, he quoted me a price, and arrived at my home within an hour. Mr. Burris and his grandson were respectful, answered my questions, cleaned up the area when they finished, and left me extremely pleased with their work. This was my first time and if I need plumbing services again, I will definitely call them again.

Mr. Burris has become our family’s guardian angel. His expertise and experience is unlike what you’d find elsewhere. The fees are fair and the work is guaranteed. As first time home owners, the biggest blessing in doing business with Mr. Burris is we have always learned how to prevent the problem next time. Do yourself a favor and call Burris and Sons.

Mr. Burris just recently spent a weekend opening up a clogged sink. This is only one of many big jobs he has done at my house which include plumbing, heating and a constantly flooding basement. His dedication and ingenuity has always been appreciated! I recommend him to anyone. His prices are beyond reasonable and he has always been willing to work evening and weekends without an extra fee. I’ve NEVER been disappointed with Mr. Burris!

Mr. Burris is honest, dependable, reasonable and professional. We had Water backing up in our building’s basement which was backing up water into our neighbor’s first floor unit. He arrived immediately, fixed the problem at a great price and gave suggestions on how to prevent problems in future. When I had a plumbing issue in my unit, same experience. He also, upon my asking, offered up suggestions on other things that needed to be maintained and/or fixed and instead of trying to up-sell me, told me what a professional would need to do and what I could easily do myself with instructions and list of parts I’d need. Great customer service and expertise!

Called them out to service a unit in South Shore... they were timely, a great value and honest! The appointment setting was a joy and they were on top of the job from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company!!!
